In-stock furniture typically ships via White Glove Delivery within 2-4 weeks. You will receive a tracking number once your piece has left our warehouse, and our delivery partner will contact you to schedule a convenient arrival window.

We accept returns on non-furniture items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and a restocking fee may apply to certain high-value pieces.
How should I care for my Jonathan Adler ceramics?
Most of our high-fired stoneware and porcelain is dishwasher safe, but we recommend hand-washing for pieces with gold accents or delicate unglazed finishes to preserve their luster and integrity over time.
